Giving HOPE

Last week, a family came for help. The mom was on day eight of having COVID, so the advisor spoke with her through the cracked window of her vehicle. She shared, “We’ve never been rich, but we have always been able to make ends meet. But now, we’re not making it.  We need help.” She told us how her husband had been sick with pneumonia for some time and had been too weak to go back to work. Three months later, they had become desperate.

Because of the generosity of our donors, this family received groceries and meals for all seven members of their family. We were also able to pay a large portion of their electric bill.

You helped feed a family. You helped keep their utilities on. You gave hope to a tired mom and dad slowly working towards recovery to support their five children. Thank you for giving hope to families!
