Over 50 parents, children and grandparents gathered for our Family Serve Days on February 26th and 27th. Volunteers of all ages spent their time filling colorful Easter eggs packed with treats. They also prepared Easter bags with the story of Jesus, activity pages and a dozen candy-filled eggs.
Our Churches and Businesses of Hope handed out nearly 500 Easter bags to our participants with kids throughout the month of March, along with a Bible per family, donated by local churches. Thank you for being a part of sharing the Gospel and hope of Jesus in our community!
“We were excited when we learned about the opportunity to help with the Easter bags through printing the activity books. It was a hands-on way to involve our people in sharing the Gospel to reach others who may not be open to coming to a church service. We want to be a part of any opportunity to spread the truth and hope found in Jesus.”
