Together in Crisis, Together in Hope
When devastating tornadoes swept through the Springtown area last May, families across our community faced uncertainty and unexpected challenges. Homes were damaged, routines were disrupted, and many neighbors suddenly found themselves in need of support. As the community began to recover, Springtown Center of Hope was there to walk along those affected by the tornadoes.
As needs increased, so did the generosity of our community. Businesses like Fink’s Backyard and organizations like Cowtown Cruisers held fundraisers to help provide assistance for families impacted by the storms. Springtown Center of Hope volunteers ensured that our neighbors had access to food, financial assistance, and encouragement when they needed it most. The response was a powerful reminder of what makes Springtown special. Because of this incredible support, we were able to continue meeting the growing needs of our community during a time of crisis.
We want to sincerely thank the Springtown community for trusting us and allowing us to serve during such a challenging time. While the immediate impact of the storms may have passed, many families continue to face ongoing struggles related to finances, employment, housing, and other life challenges. That’s why Springtown Center of Hope remains committed to being here for the long haul.
Together, we continue to rebuild, strengthen, and create hope for the future.
“Love your neighbor as yourself.” Matthew 22:39
