Center of Hope is dedicated to helping people fight food insecurity and improve nutrition. The aim is to ensure that everyone has enough good quality food to lead a healthy life.
This goal can only be achieved through our many community partners, such as Tarrant Area Food Bank, local churches, H-E-B, Walmart, Brookshires, Albertsons, Town Talk, Clear Fork Creek Farms, local restaurants, and individual donations. The Center of Hope strives to provide a large assortment of nutritious foods such as fresh breads, bakery items, meats, fruits, vegetables, and dairy products. To view our community partners, visit: https://centerofhopetx.com/our-partners/.
Center of Hope’s food pantry is open to Parker County residents. Families are able to shop for groceries on a monthly basis. For more information on receiving help, visit: https://centerofhopetx.com/need-assistance/ .

Center of Hope serves hot meals through our dining room. This program relies heavily on volunteers from local churches and businesses. If your group is interested in serving in the kitchen/dining room, please contact Colleen Wiley at colleenw@centerofhopetx.com or 817-594-0266 ext. 311.
The dining room is open:
Weatherford: Monday-Thursday from 10 AM – 2 PM
Springtown: Tuesday & Thursday from 10 AM – 2 PM

Financial assistance is provided to individuals facing financial challenges due to low-income or a recent emergency. The majority of our financial support helps families with paying their utility bill.
Participants requesting help will go through an interview process with an advisor to assess their financial need and to determine the best and most appropriate help.

Center of Hope provides assistance to low-income participants who have limited to no insurance. Participants will go through an interview process with an advisor to assess their financial need and to determine the best and most appropriate help.
Typical services that could be covered: prescriptions, co-pays, and minor medical emergencies.
In addition, through a partnership with Parker County Hospital District, Center of Hope offers an on-site telemedicine clinic where participants can be tested and treated for acute medical conditions.

Kingdom Smiles provides affordable urgent dental care to low-income participants in Parker County who are experiencing serious dental pain or other health issues related to dental conditions. Long-term, restorative solutions are offered for those participants needing extensive work to extract and replace teeth with dentures when medically necessary or to increase their ability to be employed due to the unsatisfactory appearance and/or health of their teeth.
Any participants requesting services through Kingdom Smiles will have a consultation with the Coordinator to assess their dental and financial need. If the participant qualifies for services, a treatment plan is established by our partner dentists and/or oral surgeons who provide these services to the Center at greatly reduced rates. Participants must be over 18 years old to qualify.
Kingdom Smiles partners with 12 local dentists and oral surgeons to perform all of our dental services. To view the list of our partners, visit: Dentists of Hope
For more information, contact Teresa Lewis, our Kingdom Smiles Coordinator, at teresa@centerofhopetx.com.

Center of Hope provides access to professional counseling services through our on-site Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), offering compassionate care and guidance from a Christ-centered perspective. Counseling helps participants process challenges, build healthy coping skills, strengthen relationships, and experience God’s healing and peace.
Participants requesting help will go through an interview process with an advisor and/or life coach to assess their situation.
We also offer “Keep CALM,” a 5-week class designed to help participants find peace in the midst of life’s challenges. Through faith-based teaching and practical tools, participants learn to celebrate God’s goodness, seek His help, release worry, and renew their minds with His truth.

Every participant’s situation is different. Sometimes the support an individual requires is not within the scope of our work. We partner with agencies in Parker and Tarrant County to help individuals get connected with the agency that best fits their needs.
